Data Retention
Where Putney Exchange Shopping Centre holds data on individuals this data will only be for the time which is necessary and we will regularly review the amount and age of any data held and implement polices to remove any data that we no longer require, to reduce any risk for all stakeholders.
In some cases, such as active email mailing lists and Google Analytics tracking this data could be retained indefinitely as it will always be of use for us to keep historic stats for comparison and to continue marketing to anyone that has agreed to this. However, this data is subject to the above data rights and anyone has the right to request any data on them or request that this is amended or removed. But please note: there might be some latency in deleting this information from our servers and back-up storage; and we may retain this information if necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

Terms & Conditions
- Terms and conditions – Putney Exchange Summer Around the World Events Prize Draw Competition – To participate in this competition, entrants must complete the steps on the prize draw website page and sign up to the Putney Exchange e-newsletter. This competition will run until 23.59pm on Monday 31st August 2026. Entries made by direct reply to this T&Cs page will not be accepted.
- There will be five winners who will be selected at random, who have fulfilled the criteria in 1) above. Entries made after the closing time will not be counted.
- The contest is open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) except for employees of Workman LLP, as well as all contractors and families or anyone directly connected with the organisation.
- The prize consists of one £20 Waterstones Gift Voucher. This cannot be changed or redeemed for something else or another date.
- If you are a lucky winner, you will be notified via email or phone, as instructed at the time of being announced as our winner. You will need to collect your prize from the Management Office at Putney Exchange.
- We reserve the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
- Only one entry per person will be accepted, unless the entry details state otherwise.
- No purchase is necessary. No refund may be claimed for expenses incurred in participating in the promotion, including in relation to the use of the internet.
- We reserve the right to exclude any entries which we believe to be inappropriate, fraudulent or based on misconduct.
- The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part.
- The winner will have 48 hours to claim their prize from the date that they are announced as a winner. After this time, we reserve the right to select a new winner.
