BobCat Gallery is delighted to showcase a stunning collection of work by Laura, an artist celebrated for her bold use of colour, expressive mark-making and intuitive approach to composition.
Laura’s inaugural solo show ‘Mysteries’ will be shown from 2nd – 24th October 2026. This collection will be presented as the featured exhibition alongside a wider group of artists displaying their work throughout October.
Laura’s vibrant and dynamic artworks are built through layers of colour, texture and gesture, drawing the viewer’s eye effortlessly across each piece. Evoking memories and emotions that feel both familiar and elusive, her work creates a unique sense of time and place for every individual, whether inspired by real experiences or imagined landscapes.
This special exhibition features a carefully curated selection of Laura’s work, including brand-new pieces that explore a more abstract direction. Her latest creations combine paint, collage, pen, charcoal and pencil on panel, using a process of continual additions and removals to build rich, layered surfaces. The resulting works reveal and conceal details in equal measure, inviting visitors to discover something new with every viewing.
This exhibition will also form part of Wandsworth Artists Open House, with the gallery opening exceptionally on Sunday 4th October and Sunday 11th October, from 11am to 5pm.
