BobCat Gallery, based here at Putney Exchange Shopping Centre, has been recognised with the title of Best Affordable Artwork Gallery 2025 in the prestigious Greater London Enterprise Awards, presented by SME News.
The Greater London Enterprise Awards celebrate small and medium-sized businesses making a positive impact across the capital and beyond. Awards are given solely on merit, recognising those that stand out for their creativity, dedication and excellence in their field.
Founded by Catherine Sweet, BobCat Gallery champions original and handmade artwork from hundreds of talented artists every year. With a mission to make art more accessible, the gallery offers affordable pieces that appeal to both first-time buyers and seasoned collectors.
Speaking on the award win, Catherine Sweet said:

As a micro business, it means a lot to know that what I do can make a difference – not only to my customers, but to the hundreds of artists I work with each year. I champion original and handmade works from artists who are passionate about their work, and I want to channel that passion to my customers.
My goal is to make art as accessible as possible, even for people who may never have set foot in a gallery before. I am here to help people find art they love, for less, and to give artists a supportive environment in which to sell their work. Located at Putney Exchange, BobCat Gallery is open Tuesday to Saturday from 10.30am – 6.30pm (Mondays by appointment).
