Putney Exchange is proud to celebrate the success of several of our stores, following this year’s Positively Putney BID Customer Service Awards.
As part of this initiative, 75 local businesses were mystery shopped between February and May 2025 and our very own stores stood out among the best!
Leading the way was Sporting Feet, which achieved a perfect score of 100% and was named Customer Service Winner for 2025. A huge congratulations to Dom and the team for setting the standard in exceptional customer service.
Four more Putney Exchange stores received recognition for Outstanding Customer Service, each scoring over 90% including Energie Fitness, Blåbär, Hotpod Yoga (pictured) and BobCat Gallery.
We’re also delighted to celebrate five more of our retailers who achieved Good Customer Service ratings, scoring above 75% including Morrows, Ben & Lola, Mountain Warehouse, Farrago and Flying Tiger. In addition, Kids Stuff and Sports Direct, were also recognised for their customer service contributions.
These awards are a reflection of the commitment of our stores and their teams. We’d like to thank all of our customers for supporting these fantastic businesses.
